Sisan Baniya

Vlogger

Sisan Baniya is a Nepali vlogger, filmmaker and entrepreneur, and one of the country's most popular YouTubers. His vlogs follow his own life, his team and his travels in and outside Nepal, and they stand out for their drone shots, polished sound and picture, and the transitions between scenes. He has stepped back from vlogging more than once to focus on other work, and was still posting travel and lifestyle vlogs in 2026. In 2017 he started a second channel, Paradygm TV, which grew into the company Paradygm, and in 2024 he moved into sports media with Paradygm Sports Network. He has followed the career of the MMA fighter Rabindra Dhant on camera, producing the short film *Bajhang Ko Bhag* (2025) about Dhant's story and filming *Behind the Fight* (2026) at his Road to UFC camp. Behind the camera, he was director of photography on Arpan Thapa's feature *Aadha Love* (2017), a drama about five families living in the same apartment building, and one of the cinematographers on Dayaram Dahal's *Rani* (2017). In 2018 he was part of the video team on Miss Nepal Shrinkhala Khatiwada's introduction video for Miss World. He has also directed short films, among them the docu-drama *Heroism*, *Bhai Tika* and *Happy New Year*, featuring Swastima Khadka. Since 2025 he has also sung and appeared in music videos, including *Babal* with Nawaj Ansari and OMG Spark, *Jane Bhaye Jam Maya* with Durgesh Thapa and Guras Nani, *Chowk Tira* with Aashin Dangal, and *Angalo* with VEK and Suzeena Shrestha, whose video he also shot.
